WEICON PTFE spray

Dry lubricant, great sliding properties

"WEICON PTFE-Spray is an oil-free, PTFE-based dry lubricant with excellent sliding properties. Adheres to all metal, wooden and plastic surfaces.
PTFE reduces the coefficient of friction, and the lubricant coating itself does not accept dust, dirt or water, it is resistant to greases, oils and many chemicals. PTFE Spray is used on slides and guides, conveyors
conveyor rollers, window mechanisms, cutting tools and packaging equipment. It can also be used as a permanent lubricant in plastic bearings, as a waterproof protection on paper and cork gaskets, as a substitute for silicone anti-adhesive agents and wherever oil and soap based lubricants cannot be used.

Technical data

Application method:

Degrease and clean the surfaces. Before use, shake the can until a clear sound of the mixing ball is obtained. Apply the product to the cleaned surface from a distance of approx. 20 cm. For continuous use, shake again in between. At room temperature (+20°C) The coating is touch dry after approx. 10 minutes.
