The JAX MICRONOX® system effectively protects against microorganisms and is a breakthrough in food grease technology. The unique formula allows for the effective destruction of bacteria, and not only inhibits their growth as in the case of traditional biostatic agents.

A brief description of JAX Food Sprays below:

BDF CLING LUBE Spray JAX

Semi-synthetic lubricant, in the form of foam, for surface application. It has high adhesion to the sprayed surface, so it does not drip onto food products.

The product contains MICRONOX®.

DRY-GLIDE SILICONE Spray JAX

Silicone lubricant that gives a dry film.

Designed for lubrication mainly of chains and conveyors where the use of oil is not desired.
The product contains MICRONOX®

DRY-GLIDE WB SILICONE Spray JAX

Silicone, water-soluble, non-flammable and odorless lubricant.

Used for slides, rollers and roller tables,
for "dry lubrication".

FOOD-GRADE PENETRATING OIL Spray JAX

Synthetic oil with high penetrating properties. Contains corrosion inhibitors, which additionally protect the surface from corrosion.

The product contains MICRONOX®.

HALO-GUARD FG-2 Spray JAX

Semi-synthetic grease of the highest quality for the food industry. Resistant to water, high temperatures and heavy loads. Thanks to its special form, it has good adhesion properties to the substrate, ensuring the stability of the grease during cleaning and disinfection procedures (chemicals, salts, water, steam).

The product contains MICRONOX®.

MAGNA-PLATE 78 Spray JAX

Semi-synthetic machine oil designed for components operating under high loads. Resistant to washout at low and high temperatures.

Recommended for chain conveyors, seamers, drip and general lubrication.

MAGNA-PLATE 86 Spray JAX

Synthetic oil with a pour point of -86°C, designed for lubrication of machine parts operating at low temperatures. It maintains its lubricating properties at both low and high temperatures.
