WEICON Flex 310 PU Polyurethane
Permanently flexible adhesive and sealant based on polyurethane, ISEGA certificate
Polyurethane with very good resistance to ageing and UV radiation, fresh and salt water. It can be painted and does not contain silicones. Flex 310 PU is a flexible adhesive based on polyurethane (PU) and intended for joining metals, many plastics, ceramics, glass and stone. Flex 310 PU can be used in the construction of containers and devices, containers, car bodies and vehicles, ship, yacht and boat constructions, air conditioning and ventilation systems, energy and electrical industry and wherever silicones are not used.

Application method:
The surfaces must be clean and free from grease. Many surface contaminations such as oil, grease, dust and dirt can be removed with WEICON Surface Cleaner. For dirty metal surfaces we recommend WEICON Spray Cleaner S; WEICON Sealant and Adhesive Remover is suitable for removing old paint or adhesive residues. Most
materials can be easily combined with each other and with each other. For some materials or extreme requirements we recommend using a primer (WEICON Primer). Mechanical surface treatment (e.g. by grinding or sandblasting) can
significantly improve adhesive adhesion.
Shelf life
Elastic adhesives and sealants, shelf life in unopened condition and stored in normal climate (+23°C and 50% relative air humidity) is 12 months.

Świetny smar do mechanizmów precyzyjnych. Smaruję nim mechanikę magnetofonów, magnetowidów itp. Nie działa negatywnie na elementy gumowe jak też plastikowe. Jest dość rzadki i nie stwarza oporu dla precyzyjnych urządzeń. Świetnie je wycisza. Jest jeszcze jeden smar YM103 ale dostępny tyko w 1 kg puszkach. On jest nieco gęstszy.
