Anti-Seize Nickel Paste
Paste designed to withstand the toughest working conditions. It has high adhesion, does not absorb water, is resistant to fresh, salt, hot water and steam. High nickel content provides protection against corrosion and aggressive substances contained in diluted acids, e.g. salt, sulfur and nitrogen. Anti-Seize Nickel paste can be used in a wide range of temperatures from -30°C to +1,450°C.
Anti-Seize Nickel is used as a corrosion protection and high-quality assembly grease for statically and dynamically heavily loaded screw connections as well as other components and low-speed systems operating at high temperatures. The paste protects against corrosion, scuffing, abrasive wear, stick-slip effect, oxidation, fretting corrosion and electrolytic reactions, so-called cold welding. It is used in seals, valves, screw connections, gear wheels, bearings, transmission belts, pins, tools, etc.

Application method:
Degrease and clean the surfaces Apply the assembly paste evenly AS does not replace lubrication with oil or grease.
Apply the assembly paste evenly with a brush, brush, cloth or sponge. In the case of screws, it is important that the paste is applied all the way to the base of the thread to achieve a good sealing effect. Assembly paste should not be mixed with oil and should be mixed with oils or greases. Assembly paste does not replace grease or oil.
