WEICON Flex 310 M® Classic MS-polymer

WEICON Flex 310 M® Classic is a strong, paintable (wet) elastic adhesive with very good resistance to aging and UV radiation, fresh and salt water. Does not contain silicones, isocyanates, halogens or solvents.
The product is ISEGA approved for use as an adhesive in the sector
food processing.
Flex 310 M® Classic is a flexible adhesive based on MS polymers and intended for joining metals, many materials, ceramics, glass and stone. It can be used in the construction of containers and devices, containers, bodies and vehicles, structures
ships, yachts and boats, air conditioning and ventilation systems, energy and electrical industries and everywhere where silicones are not used.

Application method:
Surfaces must be clean and free of grease. Many surface contaminants such as oil, grease, dust and dirt can be removed with WEICON Surface Cleaner. For dirty metal surfaces, we recommend WEICON Spray Cleaner S; WEICON Sealant and Adhesive Remover is suitable for removing old paint or adhesive residues. Most materials can be easily combined with each other and with each other. For certain materials or extreme requirements, we recommend using a primer (WEICON Primer). Mechanical surface treatment (e.g. by grinding or sandblasting) can significantly improve the adhesion of the adhesive.
Cartridge Gun, pneumatic gun for applying glue (310 ml cartridges), compressed air gun, we recommend the version with a piston (WEICON Pneumatic dispensing gun), automatic dosing systems.
