High temperature dry grease, MoS2 coating of molybdenum disulfide

"Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 is a dry, fat-free grease with high pressure and temperature resistance (from -200°C to +450°C). The grease film is dust, dirt and water repellent, resistant to oils, greases and many other
chemical substances and shows good adhesion to metals, plastics and wood. The high content of molybdenum disulfide ensures clean lubrication, reduces friction and allows the preparation to be used as an emergency lubricant and noise-reducing device. WEICON Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 has a beneficial effect on the operating conditions of plain bearings, gears and other sliding elements, especially under conditions of high pressure and low sliding speeds. WEICON Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 is intended for application on elements such as guides and rails, transmission belts, pulleys and hoppers, loading infrastructure devices, as a coating on cutting equipment and as an alternative to silicone release agents and in all applications where the use of oil lubricants is not possible or fatty."

Technical data

Application method:

Clean and degrease the surface with WEICON Surface Cleaner. Before use, shake the can until a distinct sound of the mixing ball is obtained. Apply the product to the cleaned surface from a distance of approx. 20 cm. For continuous use, shake again in between. The coating will be ready approximately 2-3 minutes after spraying at room temperature (+20°C).
