Application method:
Surface preparation
Clean the surfaces to be sealed.
WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the cartridge nozzle; avoid direct contact of the dispensing tip with the metal. Apply a continuous bead to one side of the flange, then assemble the parts quickly and tighten.
For sealing applications (pipe fittings), apply WEICONLOCK to the thread in circular motions. Screw the pipe thread together and tighten to the required value. Do not pour WEICONLOCK back into the bottle that has already been in contact with the metal. Even
very small metal particles cause the glue to harden inside the bottle. Therefore, in series production, dosing devices are recommended.

Świetny smar do mechanizmów precyzyjnych. Smaruję nim mechanikę magnetofonów, magnetowidów itp. Nie działa negatywnie na elementy gumowe jak też plastikowe. Jest dość rzadki i nie stwarza oporu dla precyzyjnych urządzeń. Świetnie je wycisza. Jest jeszcze jeden smar YM103 ale dostępny tyko w 1 kg puszkach. On jest nieco gęstszy.
